THE UPPER EAST SHOWBIZ ASSOCIATION (UPESA) is created to acknowledge and honor hardworking artistes. The UPESA is dedicated to bringing recognition to the upper east hardworking unrecognized talents and also to honor producers, DJ’s and presenters who help in promoting the underground artistes.

To bring inspiration and empowerment to hidden talents in the music industry and also give public recognition and accolades to those independent artistes and producers who have demonstrated excellence or significant accomplishment in the unrecognized music world.
